What we actually do
A property manager gives us a room, a corridor, or a corner of a lobby. We bring the equipment at our cost, stock it with what the people in that building buy, and come back on a schedule to refill it, clean it, and fix anything that stopped working.
Nothing about the arrangement asks your building to buy hardware or sign up for a maintenance bill. Our side of it comes out of product sales, so we only do well when the machines are stocked with things people want.
We work across offices, apartment buildings, gyms, clinics, schools, and warehouses in and around Baltimore. Some sites take one machine. Others take a full micro market with coolers and a checkout kiosk.
